Custom & Volume Holiday Ordering Guide

We’re happy to provide a seamless ordering process this holiday season. Please take a look at our holiday ordering guide for the Custom & Volume program. 

 

Holiday Deadlines

All orders received by these deadlines will be shipped on or before December 16th. Please note that we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

 

Rush Orders

We accommodate rush orders within 2 weeks if inventory allows. There is a 20% rush fee, and may require expedited shipping costs. To ensure a ship date of 12/16, please place your order by November 28th. If you need further assistance, please email custom@appointed.co and a team member will be happy to help. 

 

Standard Shipping

All Custom & Volume orders are shipped via UPS Ground. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to expedited shipping, please reach out to custom@appointed.co and a team member will be happy to assist. Please note that upgrading your shipping option does not mean that production will be rushed.

 

Drop Shipping

We offer drop shipping to individual addresses upon request for an additional cost— $10 per unit for domestic shipments and $30 per unit for international shipments. We require a list of addresses to be sent at least 1 week prior to shipment as an excel/sheet or a .csv with the information separated into the following columns: Recipient Name, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, Zip, Country

 

Gift Wrap Options

We are happy to gift wrap your order upon request. All of our gift boxes are finished with our standard bow. If you are gift wrapping multiple orders, please reach out to custom@appointed.co and our team is happy to help.

We also offer custom printed gift notes for $0.50 per unit, which our team can also include inside the gift box.

If you would like to send items to include in the gift box, that will be subject to a kitting fee of $0.50 per unit, per item. You can find our gift boxes here.

Please note that our gift wrap options are not a part of our volume discount.
