Shipping & Returns

For US orders: we offer Ground Shipping ($7), Expedited Shipping ($25), and Free Shipping ($65+). Your order will ship via USPS or UPS. For INTL orders: we offer USPS and UPS. Please enter your address at checkout to view specific rates.
Yes! Please select Local Pickup at checkout, and we'll email you when your order is ready. Shop hours are Tues—Fri, 10am—4pm. Local pickup orders that have not been picked up within 30 days will be cancelled and refunded.
Yes! For US orders please select Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days) at checkout. For INTL orders please select UPS Worldwide Expedited (shipping times vary) at checkout. Contact our team at hello@appointed.co if you have further questions.
If your order has not shipped yet, we are happy to update your shipping address for you! Please email our team at hello@appointed.co with your order number and new shipping address. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to edit your shipping address.
Appointed ships worldwide. You may experience longer delivery times for international orders.

Appointed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with your selected carrier directly.
Please contact our team at hello@appointed.co if your order is RTS. You will need to purchase a new shipping label, and Appointed reserves the right to cancel your order in 30 days of receipt.
Yes. Appointed is not responsible for any customs/duties related to international orders. We are unable to calculate charges prior to your order being delivered, and recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. Shipping fees will not be refunded if you refuse these charges.
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of purchase. For US orders: email our team at hello@appointed.co for a prepaid return label. For international orders: Appointed does not cover the cost of international returns. Please ship your order to our HQ and email our team at hello@appointed.co with your order number and return tracking number. Returns are typically processed within 5-10 business days of receipt to your original form of payment. Original shipping costs are not refunded, and we do not offer returns on custom or monogram products. Approved returns that are not received within 30 days of the return label being provided will be voided and not eligible for return.

Planners & Calendars
Our 2024 planners, which run from January-December 2024, will launch on Wednesday, September 13. Our 2024 calendars will launch in October.
We have six planner formats available: Year Task Planner, Compact Task Planner, Weekly Task Planner, Daily Planner, Monthly Planner, and Compact Binder Planner.
Our original Daily Planner was a hardcover casebound format. Last year, we introduced a wire-o bound version after many customer requests and some production restrictions with our hardcover products.
We decided to return to the original format and retire the wire-o version this year due to customer feedback and improvements to our hardcover production.
No, all of our 2024 planners are 12 month and run from January to December 2024.
Yes! Our Year Task Planner and Weekly Task Planner are available in our Limited Edition Sienna, available only while supplies last.
Yes—while supplies last, orders that include a 2024 planner and total $45 or more will receive our special gift with purchase. Please note, only one gift per order. The gift will automatically be added to your cart.
Most orders ship within 4 business days. Any shipping delays on specific planner formats will be noted on the product page. If any product in your order is subject to a shipping delay, your entire order will ship together.
Please note: The Monthly Planner and any planner in Sienna will ship within 2 weeks.
Yes! If you're local, simply select Local Pickup as an option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions.
You can order through our website! We ship internationally, using USPS International and UPS Worldwide. We understand international shipping is expensive, and recommend looking for an international stockist near you.
We have had a slight production delay on the 2024 Daily Planner but it will be available for order soon. Signing up for a restock notification on the product page means you'll be notified as soon as it's in stock. Thanks for your patience!
Product Information
All of our products are American-made. Most of our products are printed locally and finished, packaged and shipped from our Washington, D.C. studio. We pride ourselves in sourcing materials from American companies and small businesses who support our commitment to beautiful and high-quality products.

Our notebooks are purposefully designed with printing on one side so that users have the flexibility of using the backside as they need—for free-form lists, sketching, etc. Learn More.
The main difference is the size–the notebook is 7.5” × 9.5” while the workbook is 6.5” × 8.5.” Additionally, the notebook is available in more color ways, and the workbook is available in dot grid interior.
Pages refer to the individual back and front of the page, separately. Sheets refer to the physical sheet of paper (2 pages). We typically use pages on planners and casebound products, and sheets on everything else.
At this time, alll monograms are limited to three characters only: A-Z, 0-9, and &.

Our Notebooks (and other mid-weight wire-o bound products) are typically recyclable—simply toss it in with your paper recycling. As for the wire-o binding, you may want to check with your county’s recycling rules—some places allow you to leave the metal coil intact on the notebook, while others request that you remove the coil and recycle with other household metals.
