Shipping & Returns

Fulfillment

Our team is working through very high order volume at the moment, and fulfillment may take longer than normal. We appreciate your patience!

  • Orders typically ship in 1–4 business days
  • Expedited orders are fulfilled same day as long the order is placed by 12pm EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
  • Custom orders typically ship in 5–7 weeks
  • Volume (25+) orders typically ship in 5-7 business days

Please note if there is a shipping delay indicated on a product page. If your order includes a product that is on a delayed ship, your entire order will ship together.

U.S. Shipping

All estimated shipping times are in addition to fulfillment times.

For US orders we offer Ground Shipping ($7), Expedited Shipping ($25), and Free Shipping ($65+). Your order will ship via USPS or UPS. Please select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Subscription orders ship free.

Please note: free shipping on orders $65+ is calculated based on the cost after all discounts and promotions have been applied.

International Shipping

All estimated shipping times are in addition to fulfillment times.

Appointed ships worldwide including FPO and APO addresses. You may experience longer delivery times for international orders. We understand that the high cost of international shipping is not ideal and we are always reassessing for the best rates. We also have international stockists and you can use our Store Locator page to find a stockist closer to you.

We offer USPS (USPS First Class Package International) and UPS (UPS Worldwide Saver, UPS Worldwide Expedited) for international orders. Please enter your address at checkout to view specific rates. If you need a different shipping method, please email hello@appointed.co and we will try our best to accommodate your need.

Customs & Duties: Appointed is not responsible for any customs/duties related to international orders. We are unable to calculate charges prior to your order being delivered, and recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. Shipping fees will not be refunded if you refuse these charges.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order confirmation, order number, or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@appointed.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Appointed does not refund the original cost of shipping; Appointed does not cover the cost of international returns and the customer must provide their own return shipping label. Approved returns that are not received within 30 days of the return label being provided will be voided and not eligible for return.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For items damaged in transit, you will be asked to send photos of the damage and certify the package was damaged via an online form in order for us to complete a claim with the shipping carrier.

Lost in Transit

Appointed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with your selected carrier directly.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, including monogrammed items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Local Pickup

Are you local to the D.C. area, and want to collect your order in person? Order online & select free in-store pickup for the simplest shopping experience yet. Please note pickup is available on Tues—Fri from 10am—4pm only, and we will email you when your order is ready. Local pickup orders that are monogrammed or dated will not be refunded. Local pick up orders that do not include a monogrammed or dated product that have not been picked up within 30 days will be cancelled and refunded.
