Custom & Volume Ordering Guide
Whether you’d like to order custom notebooks for employee appreciation gifts or need bulk journals as an effortless corporate gift, Appointed has you covered! We’ve put together a step-by-step ordering guide so you can meet your personalized corporate gifting needs faster and easier than ever.
Step 1: The Program
To learn about what our Custom and Volume program has to offer and the different capabilities, you can visit our Custom & Volume program page. For questions about lead times, shipping, order minimums and more, be sure to check out our Frequently Asked Questions. If you’d like to order a full custom order (over 250 units), then please fill out the Quote Request form and a team member will reach out with a quote and proof within 1 business day.
Step 2: The Collections Page
When you are ready to begin browsing our customizable notebooks and journals, you can visit our collection page here. If you’re looking to customize a product with your logo that is not found on the collections page, please reach out custom@appointed.co and a team member will be happy to assist with your request.
Step 3: Customization
Once you choose your product, you will be directed to the product page. There you will be presented with a few options:
- If you are looking to place an order of bulk notebooks or bulk journals with no customization, you can choose “none” for customize, add the quantities desired, and add to bag. The volume discount will apply automatically at checkout.
- If you are looking to order monogrammed custom notebooks, and need more than 1 monogram, please email custom@appointed.co your list of monograms and a team member will be happy to assist. If you are ordering bulk notebooks with 1 monogram, then proceed with entering up to 3 characters, selecting the font, adding your desired quantities, and adding to bag.
- If you are looking to order a custom notebook or custom journal, please be sure to upload a vector file of your logo (eps, .svg, .pdf, .ai), add your desired quantities, and add to bag.
Step 4: Proof
Once your order is placed (if you’ve ordered a product with logo), a team member will email you directly with a proof for approval within 1 business day. The proof will provide a realistic visual of the custom printed notebook, showing the color of the product, your custom logo in our standard gold foil, and your logo placement. Once your proof is received, you can let us know if there are any changes or edits needed, and we will aim to provide an updated proof as soon as possible. Once your proof is approved we will promptly schedule your custom notebook order for production.
Step 5: Lead Times & Shipping
We currently have a 3-4 week lead time for all standard custom orders once the proof is approved, and a 5-7 business day lead time for all bulk notebook and bulk journal orders. Once your order is preparing to ship, our team will reach out to provide your tracking information.
