Ordering Online
You can now place custom & volume orders online. Please ensure you follow each required step on the product page, and reach out to our team at custom@appointed.co with any questions.
Simply upload your logo as a vector file (.eps, .svg, .pdf) on the product page. Once the order is placed, we'll aim to follow up with a proof for your review within 1 business day.
Yes! Simply select "add monogram" on the product page, and reply to your confirmation email with your list once the order is placed. We can monogram up to 3 letters per product and the default font is 30 pt Sans-Serif.

Full custom orders begin at 250 units and include the option to remove the Appointed logo and choose the location of your own. Full custom orders unlock expanded bookcloth colors, foilstamp options, and wire-o binding colors. Once your custom order has been placed, our team will email your proof for review within 1 business day.
Lead time depends on the product type and quantity. The typical range is 5-7 business days for volume orders and 3–5 weeks for custom orders depending on quantity.

Shipping & Payment
Yes! Please select the gift wrap product in the custom & volume collection, with an option to personalize it with a custom belly band.
U.S. orders under 250 ship free via UPS Ground, unless you select an expedited shipping type at checkout. For orders over a quantity of 250, please fill out the form below or email custom@appointed.co for an estimate.
Absolutely. Drop-shipping is the easiest way to provide a thoughtful gift to your work-from-home team or client list. We offer drop-shipping to individual addresses for an additional cost, and can even personalize each shipment with a custom gift note. Please email our team at custom@appointed.co with a list of addresses and we'll put together a shipping quote for you.

We require full payment when your order is placed. We accept credit card payments or PayPal. If you select PayPal, please do so on the final payment page.
No, this collection is not eligible for additional discounts. Custom & monogram orders are also not eligible for returns or exchanges.
