You can now place custom & volume orders online. Please ensure you follow each required step on the product page, and reach out to our team at email@example.com with any questions.
Simply upload your logo as a raster file (.jpg, .png, and .bmp) or .svg file on the product page. You will be able to preview and approve your proof, and then place your order.
Yes! Simply select "add monogram" on the product page, and reply to your confirmation email with your list once the order is placed. We can monogram up to 3 letters per product and the default font is 30 pt Sans-Serif.

Lead time depends on the product type and quantity. The typical range is 5-7 business days for volume orders and 4–6 weeks for custom orders depending on quantity.

A volume order consists of 25+ of the same item, with increased discounts the more you buy. If you don’t see the product you’re interested in ordering, please reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Custom orders begin at 25 units and include your logo & the Appointed logo. Please place your custom order online. Once your proof is approved and checkout is complete, your order will be scheduled for production and no changes or edits can be made.
Full custom orders begin at 250 units and include the option to remove the Appointed logo and choose the location of your own. Full custom orders unlock expanded bookcloth colors, foilstamp options, and wire-o binding colors. If you place your order on our website, you can download your proof on the product page or your order confirmation. Shipping & Payment
U.S. orders under 250 ship via UPS Ground. For orders over a quantity of 250, please fill out the form below or email firstname.lastname@example.org for an estimate.
Absolutely. Drop shipping is the easiest way to provide a thoughtful gift to your work-from-home team or client list. We offer drop shipping to individual addresses for an additional cost, and can even personalize each shipment with a custom gift note. Please email our team at email@example.com with a list of addresses and we'll put together a shipping quote for you.
We do. Please note: Appointed is not responsible for any shipping charges, customs, or duties fees that may apply.
We require full payment when your order is placed. We accept the following payment types: Credit Card, ACH, Check or PayPal. If you select PayPal, please do so on the final payment page.
No, this collection is not eligible for additional discounts. Custom & monogram orders are also not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Proofs & Orders
Once your proof is approved, your order is sent straight to production. We are unable to make additional changes at that time.
If production has already started, we are unable to edit or cancel your order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
No worries, your proof will be included in your order confirmation.
Yes! Even though you approve your proof, our team will also double-check to make sure your proof looks great before sending it to production. If we need any additional information from you, a team member will reach out within 1 business day.

To preview your logo on our product page, you will need to upload a raster file (.jpg, .png, and .bmp) with a minimum of 600 DPI, or a .svg file.
We require your logo to be a single color—100% black logo with a white or transparent background, no gradient.
We recommend a minimum size of 1.5” wide and .75” tall, and a maximum size of 3” wide and 1.25” tall.
Please upload a file that is 10MB or less.
Yes! Free-standing lines should be .25pt or heavier. Knockout lines should be 1pt or heavier.
Minimum 6pt—this also applies to Copyright and TM symbols.
Please be sure that your image is 100% black with a white background, and is at least 600 DPI. If your image is still coming out unclear, please contact email@example.com with a vector file of your logo, and our team members will be happy to help.

We currently foil stamp your logo onto our product covers. We do not accommodate any additional type of stamping or printing at this time.
All of our standard custom orders are foiled stamp with gold foil. If you are ordering full custom, then you have additional options of white and black foil, for an additional fee.
Art must follow our Artwork Guidelines to yield the best foil stamped result.
