Shipping & Returns

For US orders: we offer Ground Shipping ($7), Expedited Shipping ($25), and Free Shipping ($75+). Your order will ship via USPS or UPS. For INTL orders: we offer USPS and DHL. Please enter your address at checkout to view specific rates.
Yes! Please select Local Pickup at checkout, and we'll email you when your order is ready. Our store hours are: Tues - Sat, 10am - 4pm.
Yes! For US orders please select Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days) at checkout. For INTL orders please select DHL Express Worldwide (shipping times vary) at checkout. Contact our team at hello@appointed.co if you have further questions.
If your order has not shipped yet, we are happy to update your shipping address for you! Please email our team at hello@appointed.co with your order number and new shipping address. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to edit your shipping address.
Appointed ships worldwide. You may experience longer delivery times for international orders.

Appointed is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Please file a claim with your selected carrier directly.
Please contact our team at hello@appointed.co if your order is RTS. You will need to purchase a new shipping label, and Appointed reserves the right to cancel your order in 30 days of receipt.
Yes. Appointed is not responsible for any customs/duties related to international orders. We are unable to calculate charges prior to your order being delivered, and recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. Shipping fees will not be refunded if you refuse these charges.
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of purchase. For US orders: email our team at hello@appointed.co for a prepaid return label. For international orders: Appointed does not cover the cost of international returns. Please ship your order to our HQ and email our team at hello@appointed.co with your order number and return tracking number. Returns are typically processed within 5-10 business days of receipt, to your original form of payment. Original shipping costs are not refunded, and we do not offer refunds on custom or monogram products.

Planners & Calendars
The 22-23 planner and calendar collection will release on May 3, 2022. Be sure to sign up for our Appointed Rewards Program here if you're not yet a member, for early access to product launches and more.
Most orders will ship within 2–4 business days. Orders containing the Weekly Task Planner will ship in approximately 3 weeks. Please note: if you order additional product and a Weekly Task Planner, your entire order will ship together in approximately 3 weeks.
We ship internationally using USPS and DHL. Planners will be available at select international retailers at the end of May.

We’ve decided to discontinue the academic version of the dated Monthly Planner, but will bring it back for the yearly (2023) release.
Due to supply chain challenges, the casebound Daily Planner will not release for 22-23, but we hope to bring it back for the 2023 release.

Product Information
All of our products are American-made. Most of our products are printed locally and finished, packaged and shipped from our Washington, D.C. studio. We pride ourselves in sourcing materials from American companies and small businesses who support our commitment to beautiful and high-quality products.

Our notebooks are purposefully designed with printing on one side so that users have the flexibility of using the backside as they need—for free-form lists, sketching, etc. Learn More.
The main difference is the size–the notebook is 7.5” × 9.5” while the workbook is 6.5” × 8.5.” Additionally, the notebook is available in more color ways, and the workbook is available in dot grid interior.
Pages refer to the individual back and front of the page, separately. Sheets refer to the physical sheet of paper (2 pages). We typically use pages on planners and casebound products, and sheets on everything else.
At this time, alll monograms are limited to three characters only: A-Z, 0-9, and &.

Our Notebooks (and other mid-weight wire-o bound products) are typically recyclable—simply toss it in with your paper recycling. As for the wire-o binding, you may want to check with your county’s recycling rules—some places allow you to leave the metal coil intact on the notebook, while others request that you remove the coil and recycle with other household metals.
