We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of purchase. For US orders: email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org for a prepaid return label. For international orders: Appointed does not cover the cost of international returns. Please ship your order to our HQ and email our team at email@example.com with your order number and return tracking number. Returns are typically processed within 5-10 business days of receipt, to your original form of payment. Original shipping costs are not refunded, and we do not offer refunds on custom or monogram products.

We’ve decided to discontinue the academic version of the dated Monthly Planner, but will bring it back for the yearly (2023) release.
Due to supply chain challenges, the casebound Daily Planner will not release for 22-23, but we hope to bring it back for the 2023 release.

All of our products are American-made. Most of our products are printed locally and finished, packaged and shipped from our Washington, D.C. studio. Our notebooks are purposefully designed with printing on one side so that users have the flexibility of using the backside as they need—for free-form lists, sketching, etc. Learn More.
The main difference is the size–the notebook is 7.5” × 9.5” while the workbook is 6.5” × 8.5.” Additionally, the notebook is available in more color ways, and the workbook is available in dot grid interior.
Pages refer to the individual back and front of the page, separately. Sheets refer to the physical sheet of paper (2 pages). We typically use pages on planners and casebound products, and sheets on everything else.
At this time, alll monograms are limited to three characters only: A-Z, 0-9, and &.
We have both physical and digital gift cards available for purchase here.
Our Notebooks (and other mid-weight wire-o bound products) are typically recyclable—simply toss it in with your paper recycling. As for the wire-o binding, you may want to check with your county’s recycling rules—some places allow you to leave the metal coil intact on the notebook, while others request that you remove the coil and recycle with other household metals.
