From the Desk of: Jordan, Appointed Fulfillment Manager

In this edition of the From the Desk series, we're taking a look at our Fulfillment Manager's Appointed essentials and how he uses them day-to-day. Jordan is on his feet printing shipping labels, organizing inventory, and packing up each order with care, so his workspace needs to be flexible and accessible.

To-Do List Satisfaction

I am often hit with new tasks at unexpected times and need to keep track of all the little things that help fulfillment run smoothly. Because my day is not linear and I’m often on-the-go throughout the studio, I am a big fan of the Grid + Line Adhesive Notes. I can easily write down a list of to-dos on the lined notes and write reminders at my packing station on the grid notes. For me, nothing beats the feeling of crossing tasks off a list.

Smooth Operator

Whether writing a gift note for an order or jotting down an important reminder, my go-to writing tool is the Mark’Style Gel Pen. I love how smooth the pen writes and thinks it makes each gift note look that much more special. I am also a big fan of the Le Pen in any color. I love the smoothness and how thin the tips are. As a proud doodler, I especially love using Le Pens to doodle on the adhesive notes and in my notebook.

Go-to Grid

I use The Notebook with a grid interior for note taking and project planning. I don’t like to be limited to one way to use my notebook, so the grid allows me to use the notebook horizontally or vertically. A grid interior also leads to fun doodles and neat handwriting. My favorite notebook color is Lavender Gray because it reminds me of my favorite flower.
