Custom Art Guidelines
Appointed products available for customization feature textured, natural materials. In order to yield the highest-quality foil stamped result, please follow the art parameters below.
Standard Custom
Custom orders begin at 25 units and include your logo and the Appointed logo.
Artwork Guidelines
- File Types and Resolution: Raster files (.jpg, .png, and .bmp) with a minimum of 600 DPI, or .svg.
- File size: Recommended 10MB or less.
- Art size: Art will automatically resize to our recommended size and won’t be larger than 3” wide and 1.25” tall on all products, and 1.5” wide and 1.25” tall on the Pocket Notepad.
- Art Color: one color, 100% black and white or transparent background, no gradients. Please note that your logo will be stamped in our standard gold foil.
- Line weight: Free-standing lines should be .25pt or heavier. Knockout lines should be 1pt or heavier.
- Font size: Minimum 6pt—this also applies to Copyright and TM symbols.

Full Custom
Full custom orders begin at 250 units and include the option to remove the Appointed logo and choose a logo location of your own. Full custom orders unlock additional foil stamp options and wire-o binding colors. To order a full custom product, email custom@appointed.co with your artwork, following the parameters below.
Artwork Guidelines
- File Type: Vector file (.pdf, .svg, .eps, or .ai) is required
- Art Color: one color, 100% black and transparent or white background, no gradients.
- Line weight: Free standing lines should be .25pt or heavier if possible. Knockout lines should be 1pt or heavier.
- Font size: Smallest font we recommend is 6pt—this also applies to Copyright and TM symbol.
