As the year comes to a close, I wanted to take a moment to share a quick holiday note—and an important update about our end-of-year schedule.
From December 24 through January 1, our operations, production, and fulfillment teams will be taking a well-deserved pause to rest and spend time with their families. This time away allows our small but mighty team to recharge so we can return refreshed and ready for the year ahead.
During this period, our website will remain open for shopping. However, orders placed beginning December 23 may experience extended fulfillment times, with timelines ranging from 7–10 business days before your order leaves our warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Beginning December 29, we’ll have limited staff available to ship expedited orders and respond to urgent emails, but otherwise our team will be largely offline until we return to work on January 2.
