Gift Wrapping
Yes. Add gift wrapping at checkout for $5, and you can include a personal gift note with it. For privacy, our packing slips never show prices, so you can ship straight to your recipient.
Shipping & Deadlines
In-stock orders ship from our New York State studio within 3–6 business days. Expedited shipping arrives 1–2 business days after your order ships. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, and carriers slow down during the holidays, so we suggest ordering early.
To arrive by December 24 within the U.S., order by:
Ground Shipping: December 9
Expedited Shipping: December 14
Monogrammed Items: December 7
International orders take longer. Please order by November 30.
Personalization
Yes. Many of our notebooks and planners can be monogrammed with up to three letters or numbers. Choose from Sans-Serif, Serif or Modern lettering. Monogrammed items are made to order and can't be returned or exchanged, so double-check your spelling before you check out.
Corporate Gifting
Yes. Through our Custom & Volume program, we can foil-stamp your logo on our notebooks and planners. Custom orders start at 50 units and take about 4–6 weeks to produce. You can preview a proof before ordering, and we can ship gifts directly to each recipient. To have custom gifts in hand for the holidays, place your order and approve your proof by November 6. Exchanges
Unused, non-monogrammed items shipped within the U.S. can be exchanged through January 31, so your recipient has plenty of time after the holidays. Custom and monogrammed items can't be returned or exchanged.
