Here are a few of the tools I rely on to keep everything moving, especially this time of year.
My Planner
There's nothing quite like putting pen to paper. Every Sunday night, I sit down with my Year Task Planner planner to map out the week ahead, write down meetings, and focus on my priorities.
Taking a few minutes to plan ahead helps me feel more present throughout the week, rather than constantly thinking about what's next.
A Notebook for Everything Else
I always have a notebook nearby for ideas, meeting notes, running lists, and the little things I don't want to forget.

One of my newest ventures, and one that's particularly useful this time of year. I co-founded baskit to make organizing people and bringing them together simpler.

Google Calendar
My go-to for keeping track of meetings, appointments, and family schedules. While everything lives digitally, I still write out the week ahead in my Year Task Planner.

We use Notion at Appointed to keep our team organized, manage projects, and bring important information together in one place. It's a helpful way to stay aligned, collaborate, and keep track of everything we're working on.
