I am a HUGE fan of Appointed's notebooks and planners, so when the Activity & Habit Log debuted, I was immediately sold--it's almost a hybrid. Although it took me a bit to figure out how I wanted to use the A&H log (recovering perfectionist here), I am now hooked. I've been using the log to track progress on my 23 in 2023 and the daily habits I've been trying to improve this year (two sections), as well as my various outdoor adventures in the PNW (backpacking and hiking in one section) and what I'm learning (how to boulder is an example in this section). It's the place I go to put everything these days, and it's helping me stay accountable--we all know we manage what we measure. Thank you Appointed Team for another high quality productivity banger!

Great Concept
I’ve had this for a while and I’m still trying to figure out how to use it in my business. I like that it forces me to consider things I may not have done. I think I’ll enjoy it for many years. I promised myself it would be a gift to clients once I figure it out for myself. So elegant and pretty. I wish it came in other dark colors, maybe a hot pink, navy , or a deep turquoise or that new golden yellow.

I wanted to use my tracker to help with my exercise routine and also work projects. The versatility is one of tracker's many strong points! It makes documenting fun and informative! I've really enjoyed the Activity & Habit Log; it's so organized and I love that there is a page before sections so I can use it for personal life as well as my business. I can write down ideas I have for content and even make notes about how the content was received and how my audience reacted. Personally I can use it for goals and keeping track of diet and exercise.

Activity & Habit Log Review
Appointed's Activity & Habit Log is so well designed and functional! I've been using it as a health tracker; and I love the section to set my fitness goals and action steps first, then track the type of exercise, duration, likes, and dislikes weekly and all in one place! There is also a full page for notes which I use to create my fitness plan for the following week with all of the prior week's detail right there to review and evaluate. The paper quality is amazing - something I've always loved about Appointed's products.
