Shipping & Returns
Orders are fulfilled and leave our studio within 1-4 business days. Transit times noted at checkout are an estimate and not guaranteed.

For U.S. orders, we offer Ground Shipping ($7), Expedited Shipping ($25). Orders $65+ ship free! Your order will ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
For International orders, we offer DHL standard and DHL expedited. Enjoy all-new flat-rate standard shipping on international orders.
Yes! International customers can now enjoy all-new lower shipping costs through DHL, including flat rate standard shipping options.

Certain international carriers will not update tracking until the shipment leaves the U.S. If you received a shipping confirmation, please allow a few business days for tracking up update, and check your tracking number on the carriers website for accurate updates.
Yes! Please select Local Pickup at checkout, and we'll email you when your order is ready. Shop hours are Tues—Fri, 10am—4pm. Local pickup orders that have not been picked up within 30 days will be cancelled and refunded.
Yes! For US orders please select Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days) at checkout. For international orders orders please select the DHL expedited option at checkout. Contact our team at hello@appointed.co if you have further questions.
If your order has not shipped yet, we are happy to update your shipping address for you! Please email our team at hello@appointed.co with your order number and new shipping address. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to edit your shipping address.

Appointed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with your selected carrier directly.
Please contact our team at hello@appointed.co if your order is RTS. You will need to purchase a new shipping label, and Appointed reserves the right to cancel your order in 30 days of receipt.
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of purchase. For US orders: email our team at hello@appointed.co for a prepaid return label. For international orders: Appointed does not cover the cost of international returns. Please ship your order to our HQ and email our team at hello@appointed.co with your order number and return tracking number. Returns are typically processed within 5-10 business days of receipt to your original form of payment. Original shipping costs are not refunded, and we do not offer returns on custom or monogram products. Approved returns that are not received within 30 days of the return label being provided will be voided and not eligible for return.

Planners & Calendars
Our 2025 Planners and Calendars, which run from January through December 2025, will launch on Tuesday, September 10th.
We have six planner formats available: Year Task Planner, Compact Task Planner, Weekly Task Planner, Daily Planner, Monthly Planner, and Compact Binder Planner.
No, all of our 2025 planners are 12-month and run from January to December 2025.
Yes! Our Year Task Planner and Weekly Task Planner are available in our Limited-Edition Cobalt Yellow, available only while supplies last.

Most orders ship within 4 business days. Any shipping delays on specific planner formats will be noted on the product page. If any product in your order is subject to a shipping delay, your entire order will ship together.

Product Information
All of our products are American-made. Most of our products are printed locally and finished, packaged and shipped from our Washington, D.C. studio. We pride ourselves in sourcing materials from American companies and small businesses who support our commitment to beautiful and high-quality products.

We release two planner collections each year, one in the early spring that follows the academic year, and one in the early fall that follows the calendar year.
Our notebooks are purposefully designed with printing on one side so that users have the flexibility of using the backside as they need—for free-form lists, sketching, etc. Learn More.
The main difference is the size–the notebook is 7.5” × 9.5” while the workbook is 6.5” × 8.5.” Additionally, the notebook is available in more color ways, and the workbook is available in dot grid interior.
Pages refer to the individual back and front of the page, separately. Sheets refer to the physical sheet of paper (2 pages). We typically use pages on planners and casebound products, and sheets on everything else.
At this time, alll monograms are limited to three characters only: A-Z, 0-9, and &.

Our Notebooks (and other mid-weight wire-o bound products) are typically recyclable—simply toss it in with your paper recycling. As for the wire-o binding, you may want to check with your county’s recycling rules—some places allow you to leave the metal coil intact on the notebook, while others request that you remove the coil and recycle with other household metals.

While you don’t have to opt-in to receive emails, we recommend that you do. Our newsletter is the best way to access promotions available only to Appointed Rewards members, like early access and special discounts.
As long as you are logged into your rewards account you will earn points every time you shop at Appointed.co or at our Appointed District Shop, excluding Custom & Volume orders.
You can view your point balance and available rewards at anytime through our rewards portal.

You can redeem and manage your rewards through our rewards portal. Make sure to redeem your rewards prior to completing the checkout process. Simply enter the discount code generated through your portal at checkout to redeem your reward.
If an item is returned, those points will be deducted from your rewards account.
Though your rewards points will not expire, once you redeem your points for a discount code, you will have one year from the issue date before your discount code expires.
