For a design-forward writing instrument inspired by vintage twist-handle pens, look no further than the Drehgriffel ballpoint pen. An unconventional shape makes this pen distinctive with a hexagonal body that narrows at the tip in a contrasting color. Simply twist the rotating handle at the top to eject the pen tip via a spring-loaded twist mechanism. Made with precision-milled aluminum and brass, and arrives with royal blue ink.

Good lil pen

The feel is great, the smooth texture and weight are really nice. The twist mechanism is positive and almost fidget worthy. My only dings are, no pocket clip option and the ball skips a bit, (I’m not sure yet if it’s the paper or the pen). All things considered I don’t regret the purchase.

Six sides no rolling …..

I like the ergonomic design with 6-sides (hexagon) the ‘feel’ in my hand. Plus it looks cool. German engineering and all.
