Appointed Post is our subscription program created to make keeping your favorite notebooks on hand easier than ever—now with a Two-Notebook delivery to help you stock up, save, and reduce your carbon footprint. You’ll save 15% on every order, enjoy free U.S. shipping, and gain access to exclusive perks when you subscribe.
What products are available for Appointed Post? We’re currently offering two Notebooks or two Workbooks through Appointed Post. Interested in subscribing to another product? Shoot us an email and let us know what you’d like to see included.
Joining is easy—simply head to our Appointed Post collection, choose your product, and select how often you’d like to receive it. Checkout as normal, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Yes! You’ll still be rewarded 10 points for every $1 spent.
Subscription products are 15% off and cannot be combined with other discounts, including promotions, rewards discounts, or markdowns.
Yes! Simply enter your recipient’s shipping info at checkout, and add a gift note to make sure the recipient knows it is from you! If you need to edit or cancel the subscription order, you’ll do so in your own customer account. We do not offer time-limited subscriptions at this time, so you’ll need to cancel the subscription at your discretion—otherwise it will continue indefinitely. Packing slips will not include pricing information so every order is ready for gifting.
Our bookcloth products are recyclable—simply toss them in with your paper recycling. As for the wire-o binding, you may want to check with your county’s recycling rules—some allow you to leave the metal coil intact on the notebook, while others request that you remove the coil and recycle with other household metals.

Order Changes
You can edit your subscription order at any time by logging into your customer account. Once you’re logged in, go to “Manage Subscriptions” to access your customer portal. You can then click “Edit” to make changes to your shipping details, billing information, frequency, product selection, and more.
Yes! Simply access your customer portal to make changes to your subscription, including color, interior, monogram characters, and font.
Yes! We’ve put together a collection of our bestselling accessories right in the customer portal so you can easily add to your upcoming order with a single click. Please note these add-ons are available for one-time purchases only.
If you’d like to switch from a notebook to a workbook (or vice versa), please reach out to our customer support team athello@appointed.coand we can gladly make the change for you.
No—any existing Appointed Post subscriptions initiated prior to August 2025 will not be impacted.
No—our new subscription program aims to reduce carbon footprint through reduced shipping, and allows you to stock up on your favorite notebooks more efficiently.
We are currently not offering the option to mix and match colors and interiors within a two-Notebook or Workbook subscription. However, you can edit your options for each upcoming shipment if you want to keep it fresh with each order.
Yes! Our no-strings-attached program means you can cancel any time for any reason. Simply go to your customer portal, click “Edit,” and find the button titled “Cancel Subscription.” Changed your mind? You can reactivate your subscription any time.
Shipping
Yes! You can easily skip or change the date of your upcoming order. Simply access your customer portal to make changes to your upcoming order details.
Yes! You are able to edit your subscription frequency any time in your customer portal.
Orders will leave our studio within 2-3 business days of your subscription “order date” in accordance with our typical lead time. We will follow up with a shipping confirmation as soon as your order ships.
Subscription shipping is free for U.S. customers. Most orders will ship via USPS, and expedited shipping is not available.
