Simply upload your logo as a raster file (.jpg, .png, and .bmp) or .svg file on the product page. You will be able to preview and approve your proof, and then place your order.
Yes! Simply select "add monogram" on the product page, and reply to your confirmation email with your list once the order is placed. We can monogram up to 3 letters per product in 30 pt Sans-Serif, Serif, or 48 pt Modern.

Lead time depends on the product type and quantity. The typical range is 5-7 business days for volume orders and 4–6 weeks for custom orders depending on quantity.
A volume order consists of 50+ of the same item, with increased discounts the more you buy. If you don’t see the product you’re interested in ordering, please reach out to our team at custom@appointed.co.
Custom orders begin at 50 units and include your logo & the Appointed logo. Please place your custom order online. Once your proof is approved and checkout is complete, your order will be scheduled for production and no changes or edits can be made.
If you place your order on our website, you can download your proof on the product page or your order confirmation. If you are interested in a full custom order, reach out to custom@appointed.coor fill out the form below. Once your inquiry is received, a proof for approval will be emailed within 1 business day.

Dropshipping
Yes, check the drop ship selection above and download the Sample CSV Template. Once completed, email the template to custom@appointed.cowith your order number. Prior to shipping, our team will send an invoice for shipping and handling.
The dropship charge is $10 per shipment. This includes shipping via UPS Ground and handling fees.
Dropship orders follow the same production and shipping timeline as all of our custom and volume orders.
Yes! We can provide a pre-printed note at $1 per unit.
Shipping & Payment
U.S. orders under 250 units ship via UPS Ground. For orders over a quantity of 250, please fill out the form below or email custom@appointed.co for an estimate.
We do. Please note: Appointed is not responsible for any shipping charges, customs, or duties fees that may apply.
We require full payment when your order is placed. We accept the following payment types: Credit Card, ACH, Check or PayPal. If you select PayPal, please do so on the final payment page.
No, this collection is not eligible for additional discounts. Custom & monogram orders are also not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Proofs & Orders
Once your proof is approved, your order is sent straight to production. We are unable to make additional changes at that time.
If production has already started, we are unable to edit or cancel your order. Please email custom@appointed.co for more information.
No worries, your proof will be included in your order confirmation.
Yes! Even though you approve your proof, our team will also double-check to make sure your proof looks great before sending it to production. If we need any additional information from you, a team member will reach out within one business day.
Artwork Upload
To preview your logo on our product page, you will need to upload a raster file (.jpg, .png, and .bmp) with a minimum of 600 DPI, or a .svg file.
We require your logo to be a single color—100% black logo with a white or transparent background, no gradient.
We recommend a minimum size of 1.5” wide and .75” tall, and a maximum size of 3” wide and 1.25” tall.
Please upload a file that is 10MB or less.
Free-standing lines should be .25pt or heavier. Knockout lines should be 1pt or heavier.
Minimum 6pt—this also applies to Copyright and TM symbols.
Please be sure that your image is 100% black with a white background, and is at least 600 DPI. If your image is still coming out unclear, please contact custom@appointed.co with a vector file of your logo, and our team members will be happy to help.

Foil Stamping
We currently foil stamp your logo onto our product covers. We do not accommodate any additional type of stamping or printing at this time.
All of our standard custom orders are foiled stamped with gold foil. We offer black, silver, or white foil for an additional fee.
Art must follow our Artwork Guidelines to yield the best foil stamped result.
